I have been on the yogic path for a decade, teaching Kundalini and Hath Yoga, and these practices worked wonders for expanding my state of awareness. Two years ago, I was invited to train in Tai Chi, a practice that I found very beneficial for opening space in my body and sinking my energy to my feet. I then gravitated towards the Chi-Body method which is a fushion of internal martial arts between Xinyi, Bagua, and Taiji. I immediately noticed improvements of mobility in my spine, my movements shifted from limbs and started to originate from my center, my balance increased and my energy was all around circulating better. The final thing I’ll share is that my body started to activate and new interesting movement patterns began to form that I had control of, as opposed to just accidentally happening. I have deep gratitude for these teachings. They have influenced my life on many levels. I no longer have high levels of fears surface. I am ready to handle anything on my path.

He is extremely knowledgeable and methodical. He explains the concepts and demonstrates every move with precision and patience.
